Shipping Policy

CoreDriven ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once processed, orders are delivered within 7 days. Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our facility. If you haven’t received tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, contact coredriven@coreactiv.store.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We can’t redirect a parcel once it has shipped. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery.

Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels

If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or doesn’t arrive at all, contact coredriven@coreactiv.store and we’ll resolve it with a replacement or a refund.
